One of the key issues about a free-lancer, is about the way we work in a free world. To clear the mirage and set a process in place helps saves time and money for us. This is the time I take to do some basic and applied research with the information provided by you, and will get back within a day at max.
Once the plan is finalized, this is the key phase, I start with sketches, wireframes which ultimately lead to Visual Designs. Once we are all honky-dory after development, may the test phase begin.
In an ideal world, we will never enter this phase, but I believe this step takes the project a notch higher. I guarantee changes will always be for the improv.
